Me and my girlfriend came in for a bite and right off the bat we got such a warm and lively greeting! They made the wrong wrap for us at first, but that turned out to be a blessing! Sadie gave us to go bags to take it home and made us a new one with in just a minute or two she really made our day! Such a great restaurant with amazing food!

The branding in this restaurant is ridiculous. Did I walk in to Dylan's? Or did I walk into Warren's? Is the sign outside says Dylan's. But the menus all say Warren's. This is all a little bit confusing and really doesn't need to be. Personally I would like a little history but there doesn't seem to be any information about the name difference on the website and the cashier didn't seem to know either. Okay so my wife and I ate here for dinner. We had a big W which is basically a cheeseburger and a Mushroom Swiss burger. I found that the Mushroom Swiss burger lacked sauce. The menu said it had mayonnaise but I didn't find any. It was pretty good after I dipped it in fry sauce. My wife's Burger what's also really good we had them take off the house so I'll set it comes with and put fry sauce on it instead. Their Fries Are crinkle-cut. I don't particularly care for this style. But they were crispy and delicious. The service was okay the food was okay the environment was okay. Dylan's or should I say Warren's? Was okay. That is all.

We waited 20 minutes for our food with one car in front of us while we watched three workers sit and talk to each other behind the counter the whole time. The guy who made my salad didn’t have gloves on and when they handed us our food they forgot the salad and drink. Twice. They also gave the people in front of us the wrong bag twice too. I love this place and the morning/afternoon workers are always GREAT but tonight was horrible.

I go to Dylan's often. Their food is yummy, good quality and makes you happy to eat it! I particularly love their fish and chips. The halibut is deep fried perfection and the English chips are the best. Be sure to use fry sauce with the chips.

You had one job. That was to ensure that you put the grilled chicken in my front line salad and you failed at that. I assume that you're not going far in life. I'm not going to drive back to the restaurant to throw a fit, but I will leave a public review. This single occurrence would normally get 3 stars from me, but I've had great service in the past.
